On the fertile land along the Baliem River at 1500 meters above the sea level, surrounded by Jayawijaya Mountains, coffee plants grow naturally without fertilizers or pesticides. There, where no road is built, pollution is an unknown word. There, where the nature Provides its best.. where one of the world, best coffee plants are grown. When the beans are ripened the local people would harvest and process them in a traditional way. And there is where Papua Coffee come from.

After the coffee beans are dried, they are sent by a small aircraft, the only transportation to and from the area to Jayapura where they will be roasted in modern machines in order to maintain the beans’ quality, temperature, and air pressure. The combination of virgin nature where the coffee beans come from and the modern finishing process brings the best of Papua Coffee.
